1. If the appointment cannot be kept, cancel at least 48 hours in advance by telephone (if necessary, speak to AB) or by e-mail, otherwise the deposit of €50 will be forfeited.

2. In the event of 3 delays/unreliability, we reserve the right not to give the customer any further appointments. or to cancel existing follow-up appointments.

3. Appointments that cannot be kept by the customer will be canceled personally by the tattoo artist and will not be passed on to third parties.

4. The total amount/price of the session is to be paid directly after the respective session.

5. The customer undertakes to inform the tattoo artist without being asked if he/she is not in the financial position to pay for the finished tattoo (or the current session). For example sayings like: „Unfortunately I don‘t have any money with me, I‘ll bring it with me next time“ or: „Unfortunately I only have so and so much money with me...“ are - not only with us - absolutely unacceptable. If there are financial difficulties, please contact us in advance and we will try to find a solution together.

6. A Tattoo Studio is not a bazaar and the prices quoted are NOT negotiable; a tattoo is a luxury.

7. Tattoo artists are self-employed; we therefore reserve the right to reject customers and orders if necessary.

8. Vouchers cannot be exchanged.

9. All necessary documents, all care instructions for tattoos and piercings, disclaimers for tattoos and piercings, data protection information, customer information and consent to the publication of tattoo photos are given to the customer in writing before the appointment.

10. Tattoos and piercings only from the age of 18. In exceptional cases, after an individual decision, with the written consent of a legal guardian, we also pierce from the age of 14, Ear piercing from 5 years old.
